IMPROV WRITING - ON ZOOM
Jumpstart your writing, spark ideas, and get “unstuck” all from the safety of your computer at home – no acting or performance involved!
It’s not so much a how-to class, but a class to deepen your writing and learn how to write without self-editing. Using a variety of improv prompts, you will write things like monologues, sketches, ideas for screenplays and TV shows, characters, poetry, songs, short stories, ideas for videos, etc. You may be partnered in breakout rooms to work out writing ideas. A fun creative class that covers the basic principles of sketch writing. Ideal for those who want to learn how to write sketch comedy (and write it well). Or, for those looking to sharpen their skills, explore new ideas, and try out new material.
